National Institute of Design : learn, unlearn...

My post graduation in design was fun and a great many learning on the personal, human front. PGDPD is the acronym for Post Graduate Diploma in Product Design. For those who don't know, NID (National Institute of Design) was found in Ahmedabad, India by Indian Govt. who had commissioned the great Charles Eames to come and study India and help lay the foundations of the first ever design institute post independence. India being a multilingual landscape with hundreds of languages and ethnicities, people came from all over India to this one place to study design and communication in various fields. It is not an understatement when I say, it is an experience that perhaps no other school in the can offer.
